Dave, thank you for the service today as you booked in. Your engineer Tom was excellent, as you know. he was kind enough to explain exactly what he was doing, and my option to replace parts and the likely cost. He clearly knew his job and I followed his recommendations.
His customer care was perfect. He did not mind me looking over his shoulder and he was clearly sensitive to customer concerns about likely costs against the need to keep systems in good order.
