Following your recommendations for installers for our new Klargester, we chose Alro Services Ltd of Okehampton.

We  have nothing but praise of their Company for the professional and diligent way they installed the system. Nothing was too much trouble. Boards were used for the spoil of the trenches and on back fill the turf was replaced.  After they had left, everything was back in place and the garden tidy.

We thoroughly recommend Alro to anyone for the installation of a klargester.

'We have recently had a sewage treatment plant installed by Alro. From the first contact with Robin Weiss the service and work has been absolutely fantastic.

The men who did the installation, Cliff, Henry and Jonathan were brilliant. They were always on site before 8am, were courteous, friendly, respectful and carried out the job with diligence and conscientiousness.

Derek, who closely oversaw the work ensured things ran smoothly and our wishes were carried out exactly as we wanted. They also made sure the garden was reinstated with least disruption and went the extra mile on occasions. A superb job all round. We would have no hesitation recommending Alro'.

Dear Mr Weiss

Following the installation by yourselves of our Klargester treatment plant, we wanted to let you know how impressed we are with your company. From day one, everything has been done courteously, intelligently and efficiently. You and your office staff have been 'On the ball' at all times, making sure the work went smoothly. Derek has been brilliant, even taking us to another recently completed job nearby when we asked just how much noise the treatment plant produced so we could hear for ourselves ( Will had to put his ear on the treatment plant lid in order to hear any noise at all, and then it was only the very faintest hum.)

When all the big machinery arrived, and then when it began to rain, we thought that it was all going to be a sea of mud. However, your men worked quickly and carefully, causing the least possible disruption and leaving the site so neat and tidy you wouldn't think all that machinery had been there. They were just marvellous.

Dear Robin

I would like to thank you and your great team for an excellent installation and associated works of our new Sewage Treatment System, very impressive.

The guys on site were polite, very efficient and worked extremely hard and as a good team, to install the system with no disruption to any of the 11 properties involved.  Considering how much equipment was here and its only a week since the work was completed you would not know they had been here (apart from the tank top and 'the yet to grow' grass area.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Alro Services whenever I can.
